About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide cutting edge specialist advice on all aspects of residential and mixed use development schemes. We work for the public and private sectors, we develop and maintain strong client relationships and become immersed in many aspects of development and regeneration.

The role covers work streams involving title due diligence, land acquisition (both short and long term) and property development whereby we add real value to client relationships and projects. Over time you will gain an understanding of relevant aspects of public sector law including governance, procurement and public subsidy but that is not a requirement for the role.

The role presents the opportunity for a long and meaningful career in residential led development, working as part of one of the largest real estate teams in the country and for some of the top clients and high profile projects.

We have a separate team of paralegals dealing with plot sales and part exchange transactions. Therefore, this role does not include any element of domestic conveyancing.

About you

  • You will need to have at least 2 years' post qualification experience in similar fields or in commercial property or development
