The Role of Business Development Manager

A market leader in sourcing the best graduates for their clients, this company are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in London. Working to provide top class talent to a range of industries through extensive CV screening, thorough assessment processes and candidate management with business extending all over the globe to provide both clients and candidates the best choice possible.

As a Business Development Manager you will be creating new business opportunities with a range of large organisations to SME’s, making them aware of the services available to source the best talent for their graduate roles. You will be working with warm leads, engaging companies and conversing with senior decision makers to build relationships. Additionally you will be working with our candidate search team to provide companies with the best shortlist of candidates.

Requirements for this Business Development Manager

  • Experience in a B2B sales role for 2 years
  • Degree educated
  • Proven experience reaching if not exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills and be comfortable conversing with senior level decision makers
  • Evidence of building relationships at all levels especially in small to large organisations
  • Ability to develop new high value clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in preparing proposals of a high standard
  • Stable career history
