As a Client Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to effectively sell and deliver the Ford & Stanley service portfolio alongside the Group Client Development Manager, into new clients within that.
You will follow company processes and manage the sale of a new account into a deliverable account for the Ford & Stanley recruitment teams.
You will be targeted on your business output and the volume, value and quality of work secured.
In conjunction with your agreed objectives you will be responsible for managing your own activity and workflow. You will be working closely with colleagues and peers to maximise the ROI on existing accounts and identify new business opportunities from within those existing customers.
You will lead by example in all areas relating to the company values of passion to win, customer focus, innovation and fair play. Each of which you will have a crystal-clear understanding of.
You will be part of Ford & Stanley’s core. The sales function is the lifeline and a critical function to the continued and sustainable growth of Ford & Stanley.
