TSYS Managed Services EMEA are part of TSYS, a Global Payments Company. Global Payments lead one of the fastest moving industries on earth – giving everyone the power to make payments work for them.

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service - Fraud Advisors to join a number of our teams based in our Milton Keynes (MK7) location. As a Customer Service - Fraud Advisor you will communicate with our client’s customers via inbound and outbound calls, handling queries relating to the fraudulent activity on their accounts and the authenticity of transactions.

Although preferred, previous experience in a financial services or Fraud setting isn’t essential. Our dedicated onsite Training team will provide you with a specifically designed training programme and support in your new role; and to enable you to develop we also provide ongoing training for all team members.

You’ll need previous experience of dealing with customers in either a contact centre or face to face setting and a high standard of communication skills, as well as having a passion for helping customers and get a positive buzz from providing outstanding service and solving problems and you’ll be w orking 40 hours a week across various shift patterns between 8am-9pm Monday – Sunday .
