We’re on the hunt for our next Soaperstar! Our ideal senior account specialist has the meticulousness to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour with the creative flair to translate the findings into a performance-boosting strategy. An excellent communicator who can effectively configure an end to end journey that delights the end user at every touchpoint. If you’re a logical thinker with strong commercial acumen, then we have a great opportunity for you.

To be best equipped for this role, you’ll likely have 3+ years of experience managing holistic marketing strategies and deliverables within an agency environment. You’ll also be adept with direct contact and communication with senior management and decision-makers. This means you’ll be passionate and esteemed, with exceptional organisational skills to retain your control.

You’ll benefit from collaborating with award-winning teams that have picked up recognition from the Drum and even Google themselves. All of whom are eager to contribute to advanced marketing strategies. We also use a wealth of cutting edge tech, selected to allow us to deliver our best work.

This role will support our Partnerships Director and Head of Media. You’ll soon get up to speed with the “Soap way” and have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting, forward-thinking brands across the world. Our client turnover is extremely low, as we’ve delivered success by going the extra mile – we view clients more as partners, and they see us as extensions of their team, not external outsiders. The successful candidate will strike up productive relationships and understand how Soap are integral to delivering our partner’s visions.

Working for us can be demanding, but it’s also fun and hugely rewarding. It’s pivotal you enjoy this way of working and, in return, we’ll provide you with the environment and support to soar in your role. We’ll develop you as you develop others, in a culture focused on honesty, recognition and commitment to getting the very best for our clients.
