Overview:
Job Profile:
S/4 Finance consultant need to work on Retail S/4 HANA transformation project to work with finance business users to map their business processed in SAP S/4 HANA using best practices. Primary stakeholders are SAP Architects, Product Owners, MDG consultant, Pricing consultants. Program Managers and Business / Transformation colleagues.
The consultant is responsible for Design and delivery of Finance solution and expected below experience

Over 10 years of experience in SAP Financial and Controlling experience in one or several of domains: Finance (FI): GL, New GL, AP, AR, AA; Controlling (CO): Cost & Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project Systems (PS): Financial Project Management; Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC): Planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Minimum three years of Work experience in S/4 Finance on above areas with Minimum one implementation in S/4 HANA preferably for Retail grocery customer.

Certification in S/4 HANA Finance is mandatory.

Good understanding of Financial and Management accounting process.

Master degree in finance or Professional accounting certification is mandatory.

At least 3 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and application. Working experience in Retail grocery customer is added advantage.

Deep Understanding of Finance related master data using Master data governance (MDG)

Experience in Solution and designing of integration of S/4 HANA with CFIN and with third party Finance application providers like Blackline.

Understanding of integration points with SD, MM modules and Ariba, Concur.

Working experience with minimum one project in area of fit - gap analysis, business process workshops using SAP Retail best practice standards, Retail specific solution designing and prototyping, functional specification documentation, Functional Testing, User training, preparation of cutover activities is mandatory

Proven Knowledge and able to demonstrate on EDI/IDOC/ALE interfaces and batch job management
Specific Requirements for this role:

Facilitate and lead the implementation of S/4 HANA Finance

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs

Design, customize, configure and test the Supply chain logistics module

Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
-
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
-
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Working with a team of onshore and offshore Functional/technical consultants providing integrated solution towards success of go-live
